Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number, and we'll guide you through pickup and the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, gift cards and any items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return and we'll prioritise getting the right piece to you.
